Which areas do you cover?
Targu Jiu and all of Gorj county: Rovinari, Motru, Bumbesti-Jiu, Novaci, Turceni, Ticleni, Targu Carbunesti and the surrounding villages. For larger projects we travel outside the county too, but we discuss those case by case.
What does an installed garage door cost?
It depends on the size of the opening, the panel thickness and the type of opener. That is why we do not publish fixed prices: they would be accurate for one case in ten. Call us with rough dimensions and we will give you a realistic range in a few minutes.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, 24 months on the product and the installation. For heavily used equipment — barriers, industrial doors — we also recommend a maintenance contract, because wear shows up differently there.
Do you work with companies and issue invoices?
Yes. We invoice both private customers and businesses, and we work under contract for larger jobs or anything requiring scheduled maintenance.
How long from the first conversation to installation?
For gate automation, if we have the kit in stock, it can be fitted within a few days. Garage doors are manufactured to your dimensions, so the usual lead time is 10–15 working days from the order.
What if something breaks after installation?
You call and we come out. During the warranty period you pay nothing for the visit if the fault lies with the product or the installation. For emergencies that block access, we try to get there the same day.
