A sectional door lifts vertically and folds under the ceiling, so it takes nothing away from your driveway. It is the type we install most often, whether for a single-car home garage or a warehouse with three bays.
We work to the real dimensions of your opening, not to catalogue standards. We come out, measure, tell you exactly what will and will not fit, and only then does anything get ordered.

Choosing the panel thickness
If the garage is attached to the house or your boiler sits in it, the 40 mm panel is worth it. The price difference shows up in your heating bill after the first winter, because you stop heating the yard through the door.
For a detached garage used only to shelter the car, the standard panel is enough. We will tell you honestly when paying more makes no sense.
What installation day looks like
We arrive with the door, tracks, springs and opener already prepared. We remove the old door if there is one, fit the tracks, lift the panels one by one, tension the springs and set the travel limits.
On a typical garage it takes four to six hours. We leave after you have opened and closed the door a few times with the remote and you are happy with how it runs.
Colours, finishes and windows
Anthracite (RAL 7016) and dark brown in a woodgrain finish remain the most requested. White, light grey and wood-effect are also available. Special RAL colours add roughly two weeks to the lead time.
If the garage doubles as a workshop, a row of windows in the top panel gives you enough daylight to keep the lights off.
Frequently asked questions
How long from order to installation?
Usually 10 to 15 working days. The door is manufactured to your dimensions, we do not pull it off a shelf. With a common opening size and a standard colour it can be quicker.
Do I need power run to the garage?
Yes, for the automated version. You need an earthed socket within 1.5 m of where the opener sits. If there isn't one, we will show you at the survey where the run should go and we can handle it ourselves.
What happens during a power cut?
You pull the opener's release handle and the door moves by hand. It takes two seconds and we show you how at handover.
How much headroom do I need above the opening?
Standard installation needs 21 cm of lintel. Below that there are front-mounted spring kits and low-headroom tracks — we use them often on older garages in Targu Jiu where the lintel sits low.
Do you install on warehouses and steel structures?
Yes. On a warehouse what matters is having a rigid steel frame to fix the tracks to. If an extra sub-frame is needed we spot it at the survey and it goes into the quote, not into a surprise at the end.
