Privacy policy

The data controller is MOVEXA SYSTEMS, based in Targu Jiu, Gorj county, Romania. Full company identification and contact details appear in the footer of every page and on the contact page.

For any question about your data, you can write to the email address on the contact page.

Through the contact form and the quote request form: your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), town, the service you are interested in, and the text of your message.

Automatically, at server level: IP address, request time and browser type. This appears in the server's technical logs and is used to operate and secure the site, including limiting automated form submissions.

We do not collect data through tracking cookies, we use no traffic analytics tools, and there are no social network pixels installed on this site.

We use form data solely to respond to your enquiry: to contact you, prepare a quote and, if it goes that far, schedule a survey or an installation. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one.

Technical log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site functional and protected against abuse.

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not send newsletters, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

Messages sent through the form reach us by email, via an email delivery provider acting as a processor.

The site is hosted with a hosting provider which, in that capacity, may technically process data transmitted to the site.

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone. We may disclose it to a public authority only where legally required.

We keep messages received through the form for as long as needed to respond and, where work is carried out, for the duration of the warranty granted plus the period required by tax and accounting obligations.

If your enquiry does not lead to work being carried out, we delete the message within 12 months of the last communication.

Technical server logs are retained short-term, according to the hosting provider's policy.

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification if it is inaccurate, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can exercise any of these rights by writing to the email address on the contact page. We respond within 30 days at the latest.

This site uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

The Google map on the contact page does not load automatically. It appears only after you press the dedicated button — until then, your browser does not communicate with Google's servers at all. If you choose to display it, Google may set its own cookies, in accordance with their privacy policy.

The site runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and has security headers configured that limit what can be loaded or executed in the page.

Access to messages received through the form is limited to the people in the company who actually handle quoting and installation work.

If we change how we process data — for example by adding a traffic analytics tool — we will update this document and the date at the top of the page.
