We come out, look at it, and tell you what it is and what it costs. If it is not worth repairing, we tell you that too, even when it means a smaller job for us.

What fails most often
On garage doors: torsion springs and cables. A spring's life is measured in cycles, not years — on a door used four times a day it approaches its limit at around eight years.
On gate automation: dirty or misaligned photocells, and boards burnt out by a surge on the line. Both are quick fixes, provided nobody kept leaning on the button in the meantime.
How we work
You call, describe the fault and give us the address. We arrive with tools and the usual parts, and most jobs are done on the first visit.
If a part has to be ordered, you get the lead time before we leave the job open. Nothing starts until you know the cost.
A service that actually prevents something
A proper service means checking the door's balance with the opener released, measuring closing force, greasing the tracks, testing the photocells and tightening the connections in the control unit.
It takes under an hour and you get a written report of what we found and what to watch until next time.

Do you travel outside the city?
Yes, across Gorj county. Travel is charged by distance and we tell you the figure on the phone, before we set off.
Do you repair 15-year-old equipment?
It depends on the brand. Major manufacturers keep parts available for many years. On unbranded automation it is sometimes cheaper to replace the whole kit than to hunt for a board.
What does a diagnostic call-out cost?
We give you the exact figure on the phone, based on your town. If you go ahead with the repair, the call-out is deducted from the final invoice.
How quickly can you come out?
For emergencies — a jammed gate, a fallen door, blocked business access — we try for the same day. For routine work, one to three working days.
